In accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Chatham does not discriminate on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, 在其就业实践或其教育计划或活动中的性别认同或表达. The University also prohibits sex discrimination, including sexual harassment, as part of its education programs or activities. General Procedure for Discrimination Grievances:

Any grievant also has the right to file a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights, U.S. Department of Education, in Washington D.C., Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
